Shipping rates are calculated based on location and size of order at checkout. After your order has been shipped an email will be sent to you.
Arrival time is not guaranteed due to postage delays. There may be customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country which are the buyers responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or for lost or stolen packages.
Please take note of the delivery date on every individual PREORDERED item. When an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer, a further email will be sent once the item has been despatched. Please do not contact us if the stated delivery time frame has not passed.
Returns & Exchanges
UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, THE COSMETICS FRIDGE WILL PROVIDE HIGH SATISFACTION RETURN SERVICE.
Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new any exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of the customer receiving the product(s). To complete your return, we require a receipt . The original shipping cost is not refundable. (If there are our shipping mistakes, full cost will be refundable.)
Under any circumstances, following items are not returnable. Manufacturer defects are an exception.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment within 5-10 business days. If for any reason this is unavailable, a store credit will be issued to use on our website.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE : If the packaging or product has been damaged, please do not send it to us. There will be an extra charge for re-shipping the items.
